Half-Half Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:


3 quarts half and half

3 cups sugar

4 tablespoons vanilla

2 teaspoons salt
 

Preparation / Directions:


Heat one quart of half and half almost to the boiling point and dissolve sugar and salt in it. Add remaining half and half and vanilla, chill and then freeze.
